·        By now most of you have received your winter copy of the AMERICAN Veteran magazine with the special cover wrap. Yes, you can use the wrap to enlist your neighbor, barber, or the young vet just returning back stateside. And I have attached a PDF of the offer that can be used or better yet, take it to your local copy center and make as many copies as you would like.
