- BLOOD DRIVE

I would like to see each Post try to do a Blood Drive this year. Try to get a good supply of blood into our account. The account # is 5389. You never know when we may need it ourselves.
- SCOUTING

The scouting program is very important. This is the future of America when the scout has earned the award of Eagle Scout. This is the highest award given to a young man in the scouting program.
- SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

Try to help those around us who need $$$$$$ to finish their studies. Helping them helps us. Scholarship forms are available.
- AMERICANISM

Let us help our school children learn what this great country is all about. Let us promote our program in as many schools as we can. Have a Flag Day ceremony at your local schools, teach them about the Pledge of Allegiance, and get them involved.
- SPECIAL OLYMPICS

There will be another “plunge” this year. Hopefully, we can get many of you to take that plunge with us. If you can’t bear the thought, come on down and support us as we brave the cold Atlantic! Make a donation or sponsor someone that is jumping in.
- SAFE DRIVING

With all the fatalities you hear about on the news, it is a program worth saving. I’m sure you all have your own “horror” or “stupid driver” story to tell. Maybe, if we catch them early enough, it will make a difference.
ROTC, Drug and Alcohol, White Clover, and Color Guard These programs are also important. We need people for these committees also. Please support them.
